About the Role: Social Worker L3 Mental Health Ca11 - 0462 Grade K

As a Social Worker L3 Mental Health Ca11 - 0462 Grade K, you will be responsible for assessing, coordinating, and arranging care for adults with mental health needs across community and hospital settings. Working closely with individuals, families, and partner agencies, your focus will be on promoting recovery, independence, and person-centered outcomes. The role offers a hybrid working scheme, with approximately half of administration time in the office and the rest split between working from home and community visits.
