Key Responsibilities of the Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Childrens):
- Conduct Child and Family Assessments
- Perform Risk Assessments
- Prepare Court Reports
- Contribute to case management and planning for vulnerable children and their families
- Support multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure regulatory compliance
The Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Childrens) will work in a close-knit team consisting of 1 Team Manager and 4 Social Workers. The role is based at our Staffordshire office with parking available, offering a hybrid working environment to maintain flexibility.
Candidate Criteria for the Social Worker / Senior Practitioner (Childrens):
- For Social Workers / Band 1 - ASYE and at least 2 years’ experience, pay rate: £28.55/hour
- For Senior Social Workers / Band 2 - ASYE and at least 3 years' experience, pay rate: £30.57/hour
- For Advanced/Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager - include previous prerequisites plus caseload management and supervisory or practice development responsibilities, pay rate: £33.30/hour
