Salary: £40,369 – £43,686 per annum

The role
As a Social Worker in our Support and Safeguarding teams, you will play a key role in protecting children and supporting families through challenging circumstances.
You will:

• Assess risk and need to ensure children are safe and supported
• Deliver purposeful, outcome-focused interventions
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
• Make confident, informed decisions that improve lives

About you
You’ll be:

• A qualified and registered Social Worker
• ASYE completed
• Experienced in working with children and families
• Confident in decision-making and risk assessment
• Passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children
