Candidate Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various courts across the North East Region

• Ensure adherence to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) guidelines and standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and legislation
• Support the legal team with case management and advocacy tasks

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (with litigation advocacy rights)
• Hold a valid, current practising certificate issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
• Proven experience in litigation and legal advocacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to attend various courts across the North East Region
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
