Service Care Solutions are currently working in alongside an award-winning regional law firm to recruit Solicitors across a variety of practice areas for their well-established Kendal office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is continuing to grow across the region, offering high-quality work alongside an excellent work-life balance in the heart of the Lake District.

Job Title: Solicitor (All Practice Areas)
Location: Kendal (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £40,000 – £80,000 per annum (DOE & Interview Performance)
 
Key Responsibilities as a Solicitor:

• Manage a varied caseload within your chosen practice area (including but not limited to commercial, corporate, property, litigation, employment, family, and private client)
• Deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent client care standards
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Kendal office
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
• Play an active role in shaping the culture and success of the office

About you as a Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (open to all PQE levels)
• Experience in one or more relevant practice areas
• Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to be part of a growing office
• Strong communication and client management skills
• A collaborative approach with a desire to contribute to a positive team environment
