- Basic Grade: from £33,000
- Specialist: from £39,500
- Highly Specialist: from £48,000
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days – flexible) | Full-time option available
Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible full-time arrangements)

The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
- Deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions for pupils with complex communication needs
- Work collaboratively with education teams using trauma-informed and neurodiverse-affirming approaches
- Manage your own caseload with support from clinical supervisors
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and service development
- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RCSLT member
- Experience supporting individuals with complex communication profiles
- Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice
- £2,000 CPD training allowance
