Speech and Language Therapist – Join Our Clinical Team Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (DOE)

• Basic Grade: from £33,000
• Specialist: from £39,500
• Highly Specialist: from £48,000
  Hours: 22.5 hours per week (3 days – flexible) | Full-time option available
  Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible full-time arrangements)

The Role As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

• Deliver bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions for pupils with complex communication needs
• Work collaboratively with education teams using trauma-informed and neurodiverse-affirming approaches
• Manage your own caseload with support from clinical supervisors
• Contribute to staff training, consultation, and service development

Essential Criteria

• Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
• HCPC Registration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an RCSLT member
• Experience supporting individuals with complex communication profiles
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice
