Key Responsibilities for the Team Manager (BCFT DFE):

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Social Workers and Community Resource Workers
• Drive continuous service improvement to enhance outcomes for children and families
• Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely and effective intervention
• Uphold safeguarding standards and promote best practice
• Act as a central point of contact within the local community, fostering strong relationships
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions to meet community needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in social work or children and families services
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child-first principles
• Ability to motivate and guide a team in a dynamic environment

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of £51,356 - £54,495 per annum, pro-rated for part-time hours
• Additional £3000 Retention Payment per annum, pro-rata
• Flexible part-time schedule: 18.5 hours per week, starting Wednesday PM, Thursday, and Friday
• Based at Keighley Town Hall, Keighley
