- Providing inspirational leadership to motivate your team
- Building trusting relationships with children, families, and partners
- Using your influence to improve practice and service delivery
- Analyzing performance data and reports, including Ofsted reviews, to identify areas for improvement
- Implementing innovative strategies to enhance team performance
- Upholding Lancashire’s values of partnership, respect, and inclusivity
- Proven experience managing children’s social work teams
- Passionate about safeguarding and families’ wellbeing
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
- Relevant social work qualification and registration
- pay rate 42 Ltd per hour inclusive of holiday pay or 33.40 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay
