Trades Scheduler – Rochester (ME1) | Contract (Temp Ongoing) | 35 hours per week

Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a Trades Scheduler to join a busy Property Services team in Rochester (ME1). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong scheduling, customer service, and administrative experience to help ensure maintenance works are delivered efficiently and to agreed service standards. Trades Scheduler candidates who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate operatives, and maintain accurate records will thrive in this role.

Trades Scheduler contract length: 2 weeks (Temp Ongoing)

Pay/Rate: Please note this role is offered on a contract basis; pay details will be discussed with the successful Trades Scheduler candidate.

Candidate Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage operatives’ diaries to ensure appointments are attended as planned (Trades Scheduler)
• Liaise with customers and trade operatives to arrange, reschedule, and confirm appointments (Trades Scheduler)
• Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively manage workloads to prevent overdue repairs (Trades Scheduler)
• Prioritise emergency and urgent works in line with service requirements (Trades Scheduler)
• Allocate work to the most appropriate trade operative to maximise first-time fix rates (Trades Scheduler)
• Ensure operatives have the necessary materials, information, and documentation to complete works efficiently (Trades Scheduler)
• Plan appointments to minimise travel time and maximise productivity (Trades Scheduler)
• Maintain accurate records and update the contract management system in a timely manner (Trades Scheduler)
• Process subcontractor completion reports and support future appointment scheduling (Trades Scheduler)
• Escalate performance or punctuality concerns where required, working closely with supervisors and operational teams (Trades Scheduler)
