Are you an experienced Training Coordinator looking for an engaging contract opportunity? We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team for a 13-month contract, based at West Cumbria House. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to significant training development projects across multiple business areas within Sellafield Limited.
About the Role – Training Coordinator
As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, and implementing fit-for-purpose training materials using SAT derived content. Your role is pivotal in ensuring training activities align with Sellafield Limited’s procedures and meet project deadlines outlined in the integrated schedule. You will work across all business areas, providing training solutions that are effective, efficient, and tailored to the needs of each project. This role requires strong collaboration, the ability to carry out pilots, instruct courses, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator
- Develop and deliver training materials compliant with Sellafield Limited Procedures
- Analyse training requirements across various business areas and create tailored solutions
- Conduct pilot sessions and instruct courses delivered by yourself or colleagues
- Perform post-training evaluations and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
- Participate actively in audits, evaluations, and reviews to ensure training quality standards are met
- Hand over and coach Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the use of developed materials for effective implementation
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team related to SAT and Sellafield procedures
- Attend and contribute to training peer reviews, meetings, and relevant company events
- Attend compulsory Sellafield Limited training courses and meet all technical and behavioural standards
Candidate Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with project deadlines and quality standards
