Triage Nurse

Triage Nurses  – Liverpool (OOH Services)

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Triage and Assessment Nurses to support Out of Hours (OOH) services across Liverpool.

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Setting: Out of Hours / Urgent Care
Shifts: Flexible availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends

Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £28 LTD / £25 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
• Weekends: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hour
• Nights: £35 LTD / £31 PAYE (inclusive) per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective telephone and face-to-face triage
• Undertake rapid clinical assessments within a primary care/urgent care setting
• Provide appropriate clinical advice, treatment, and onward referrals
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
• Current indemnity cover
• Demonstrable experience in urgent care, triage, and rapid assessment
• Valid NHS Smartcard (essential)
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced clinical environment
