Will and Probate Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well – known and highly regarded law firm in Accrington for an experienced Will & Probate Solicitor to join their growing Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional with 4 years PQE who is looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm offering long-term career progression and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters while delivering exceptional client care and building strong long-standing relationships with clients across the region.

Location: Accrington – Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities as a Will and Probate Solicitor:

• Drafting Wills and providing estate planning advice
• Managing Probate and Estate Administration matters from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Handling Trust matters and inheritance tax planning

About you as a Will and Probate Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with 4 years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong experience handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
