Women's Centre Project Manager
Location: Hammersmith and Finsbury Park, London (100% on-site, no remote working)
Rate: £28 to £30 per hour ltd DoE
Hours: 35 per week, full time
Contract: 12 weeks, temporary

About the role
Our client is a leading charity supporting women in contact with the Criminal Justice System. They deliver holistic, trauma-informed support through one-to-one work, safer women's centre spaces and specialist partnerships.
They need an interim Project Manager to review current Women's Centre activity and processes and put improvements in place before new permanent Women's Centre Coordinators start in a few months. You'll split your time between the Hammersmith and Finsbury Park centres.

Key responsibilities
- Review current centre activity, processes and delivery, and implement practical changes
- Map local need, identify gaps in provision and develop ways to improve accessibility, engagement and footfall
- Build and maintain partnerships across statutory and voluntary sectors
- Plan and deliver centre-based initiatives and monitor their impact
- Use data, feedback and best practice to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with operational teams and senior leadership
- Prepare the centres and processes for a smooth onboarding of the new Coordinators
- Valid EL1 vetting (essential)
- Experience managing projects, service improvement initiatives or community-based programmes
- Experience developing and managing partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations
- Experience monitoring performance, using data to inform decisions and producing regular reports
- Experience maintaining data systems
- Understanding of safeguarding processes and risk assessments
- A sound grasp of trauma-informed and gender-responsive practice
