We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded the accolade of 'Best Candidate Care' at the prestigious Recruiter awards.
The Recruiter Awards gala, which is the UK’s largest event for the recruitment community, was held last week at London’s Grosvenor House and was attended by Managing Director Richard Freye, Director Chris Musgrove and Head of Department Paul Bradley.
We are thrilled to have fought off the competition at such a high level and are particularly pleased that the category we won was in an area that we have strived to excel in. From day one we have always tried to create the best possible experience for our candidates and winning this award is a testament to that.
The judges gave us the following feedback, which really does speak for itself:
"From supporting candidates with buying essential equipment through to providing a professional development fund, Service Care Solutions provide a stand-out service to candidates.
They demonstrated three excellent examples of the highest levels of candidate care going the extra mile for the people they help place. One example was the Service Care Solutions consultant hand-delivering specialist protective equipment to a candidate who was due to start a job the next day – a 90-mile round trip – as a courier could not be found in time. Service Care Solutions' candidate care offering forms a core part of the training programme all trainee consultants undertake and is closely monitored by the senior management team at the company.
Obvious benefits to outstanding candidate care shows itself in reduced candidate turnover, a deeper understanding of Service Care Solutions' markets from knowing candidates personally, improved response times and a referral rate of 35%.
The judges were impressed with the outstanding examples backed up by testimonials showing how they have gone above and beyond and commented that the testimonials supporting Service Care Solutions highlighted the esteem that the candidates they work with."
