Dining and Dressing Down for Derian!

As part of the Derian House £50 Corporate Challenge we decided to treat our staff today and arranged a 'dress down day' and BBQ on our new terrace. Each member of the team donated £2 to be able to wear their own clothes, and with this amazing weather, shorts, and T-shirts were de rigueur!

Artisan butcher Tom Wood kindly donated some meat for the BBQ - his garlic chicken skewers went down a treat! As well as this, we filled up the freezers with ice creams and ice lollies and set up an honesty box so staff can help themselves during the heatwave. So far we have managed to raise almost £350 so the day has been a great success!

Derian House commented, "Love this idea - the weather is perfect for it too! Thanks so much guys, hope you're having a brill BBQ, and thanks so much for helping us raise vital funds".
