What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?
I help run the Primary Care desk, recruiting for Healthcare professionals within the Primary Care Market. This includes:
- Non-Clinical workers (Clinical Coder/HCA/Admin)
- Practice Nurses/Spiro/Diabetes Nurses
- ANPs/ECPs/ACPs
- General Practitioners
I communicate with clients who operate within General Practices’, Urgent Treatment Centre's and Walk-in Centre's.
What does your day-to-day role look like?
I regularly communicate with new and current candidates, managing their diaries and booking future shifts. I undergo compliance and monitor this procedure accordingly. AS well as building new and excising relationships with clients. I react quickly to urgent cover requirements, and fill gaps within services, ensuring efficient patient care within Primary Care Services.
What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Being able to build longstanding relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring all needs are met.
