We are currently recruiting for a Client Account & Project Manager to join a well-established, environmental services company based in Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation with over 75 years of experience in sustainable waste management and industrial environmental solutions.
In this hybrid role, you'll act as the key point of contact for a major industrial accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery and outstanding client service. This position combines client relationship management with hands-on coordination of service delivery across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for a key client account within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Oversee the delivery of waste management and environmental services, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate between internal teams, including operations, logistics, compliance, and customer service.
- Attend client meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on performance and service improvements.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for service optimisation and support commercial discussions for account growth.
- Previous experience in account management, project coordination, or contract delivery, ideally within waste management, environmental services, industrial cleaning, or logistics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail.
- An understanding of environmental compliance or sustainability is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
