Business Support Officer

Achieving for Children are seeking a Business Support Officer to join their Duty and Assessment team. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering effective and high-quality business support, enabling the company to support their internal stakeholders, children, young people, and their families.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Maidenhead

Contract length: Initially 3 months

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Rate of pay: £16 per hour

About the Role

The Business Support Officer will report to the Senior Business Support Officer and provide competent, organized, and professional support while handling sensitive and confidential information. Responsibilities include preparing, distributing, and writing minutes for multi-agency safeguarding meetings, managing and responding to requests received in central inboxes, maintaining internal databases, and ensuring statutory deadlines are met. The successful candidate will also be expected to perform ad hoc administrative duties to support the team.
