Service Administrator

Start Date - ASAP

Contract - Initially 3 months, 36 hours per week

Rate of pay - £20 per hour

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulhasm are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as a Service Administrator. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Lifelong Link Project Lead and Family Group Conference Manager to provide essential organisational and administrative support to the FGC Service and Lifelong Links Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Lifelong Links Project and FGC service.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day running of a comprehensive, administrative function within the FGC and Lifelong Links services.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of efficient and effective business support systems.
  • Provide support to the financial management of the FGC Service and Lifelong Links Project.


  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.


  • Educated to GCSE level in mathematics and english
