As an ASB Officer, you will provide a high-quality, customer-focused anti-social behaviour service that delivers timely investigative, enforcement and preventative actions.
- Take ownership and lead on the management of ASB cases from start to resolution
- Provide expert advice and support on complex ASB casework
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop solutions to ASB
- Apply relevant legislation, including the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014, to enforce appropriate actions
- Prepare robust evidence and witness statements to support legal proceedings
- Handle service-related customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute positively to the community safety team and wider organisational objectives
We’re looking for an experienced ASB professional with a strong background in managing complex casework within social housing or a similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ASB legislation and tenancy enforcement
- Experience preparing witness statements and associated legal documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Working Hours: Full time, 35 Hours
Length of Contract: Permanent
