Job Description
An established Accountancy firm based in Central London is looking for an experienced Audit/Outsourced Finance Director to join the team on a permanent basis. The post holder will manage a portfolio of over 100 clients (including audits, accounts preparation, corporation tax, personal tax etc.), manage within budgets and time constraints while providing high level client satisfaction, participate in promotions and salary reviews, make strategic decisions to develop the firm and manage and build a team driving towards success.

Ideal Candidate
- IIA, ACCA, ACA OR CCAB Equivalent Qualified
- 10+ years of experience in Audits and Outsourced Finance management/directorship
- RI Status (or about to obtain)
- Experience of managing clients in practice essential
- Supervisory experience with a positive attitude and great communication and interpersonal skills
