Band 2 Healthcare Assistant Vacancy - Alton

Hi,

We are recruiting for a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant for a long term contract based in an NHS unit in Alton.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will be responsible for observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. Communicating with patients, relatives and carers. Assisting with clinical duties. Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.

Anstey ward is a GP-led community bed facility for rehabilitation (including stroke rehabilitation) and end of life palliative care.

Location - Alton, Hampshire

Vacancies - Band 2 Healthcare Assistant. Early 07:30-15:30. Late 12:30-20:30 and Long Day 07:30-20:30. (37.5 Hours)

Candidates - Previous Healthcare Assistant experience is essential, acute inpatient and Palliative Care experience would be a bonus.

Rates - £13 Day Rate. £16 Nights & Saturdays. £19 Sundays & Bank Holidays

Sign Up Bonus - £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

Referral Bonus - £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3-month contract.
