We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join an NHS community adult intensive outreach team based in Canvey, Essex.

You will manage the co-ordination of care needs of service users and their carers within the community. You will be responsible for a defined caseload in the community and be responsible for the planning, assessment and implementation of nursing care.

To be considered for this role, you must have NMC registration and be a qualified mental health nurse with experience of working at a Band 6 level within the UK.

We offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

We also have £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.

Pay rate: £27 ltd per hour.
