Band 6 Liaison Psychiatry Vacancy - Guildford

Hi,

We are recruiting for Band 6 RMNs for a Liaison Psychiatry vacancy at a site in Guildford. This is a long-term NHS Contract position for a minimum of 3 months.

You will be tasked with assessing patients of all ages who may present to an acute general hospital setting with a mental health problem, self-harm or in a psychiatric crisis, support the families/carers and make recommendations relating to programmes of care. The role includes assessing patients referred from a variety of sources, including the Emergency Department and wards within the hospital. Patients seen may present with mental health problems, self-harm or a psychiatric crisis.

Location - Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford

Vacancies - Band 6 Liaison Psychiatry - 37.5 Hours. 07:30-19:30 or 08:00-20:00 or 19:45-07:45

Candidates - Must be qualified RMNs with a valid NMC Pin, and will ideally have previous experience working in a liaison setting.

Rates - £27 weekdays / £31 nights & Saturdays / £35 Sundays & Bank Holidays
