Service Care Solutions have a vacancy available for a Band 6 School Nurse working within a Special School setting based in the Enfield area.

You will need to be either a registered general nurse with experience of working with children in a school, or a registered children's nurse.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm

Responsibilities: wsupport children in special schools, To be a key professional working alongside the multidisciplinary team (MDT), to provide a full range of services for the individual child & family. To be an expert clinical children's nurse to meet the needs of a diverse and challenging group of children and young people. To assess and review children and young adults who may require medical intervention or follow-up care or treatment and assist in the transition process to adult services.

Skills: Provide Specialist Paediatric care, advice and clinical management for a defined caseload of children and young adults

The rate for this role is £30 per hour on a limited company (umbrella) basis.

We also offer a £150 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet.

Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
