Bid Manager

A client within the Private Sector based in Birmingham is currently recruiting for a Bid Manager to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to manage bids from PQQ to submission. Allocate bids to the Bid Team Assistant depending on project size, quality, design/aesthetics, and workload.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Schedule out deliverables for bids and disseminate to the team.
  • Book tender meetings and manage tender diary.
  • Complete PQQs and expressions of interest.
  • Prepare bids - specifically larger quality submissions, interactive submissions, and ones with heavy design elements.
  • Gas holder tenders.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £30 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
