A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Admin /PA professional to join a leading organisation in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the smooth running of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PA Experience is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Rates

£14.24ph - hybrid working available

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
