Business Development Advisor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an award-winning contractor accountants that are looking for a Business Development Advisor to join their sales team. The group operates within the professional services sector, specifically accountancy, payroll and associated services. With offices in Lancashire and London its customers are spread throughout the UK.


ROLE: Business Development Advisor
LOCATION: Lytham
SALARY: £19,903+ DOE as well as an uncapped £7,500 bonus.


As a Business Development Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the internal and field based sales team and increasing business by building good relationships with agencies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide feedback to agencies on progress for their contractors
  • Maintain regular communications with agency contacts to remain 'front of mind' and encourage increased business
  • Develop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completed
  • On-board new agencies, assess business potential, and develop plan with HBD to secure additional registrations
  • Secure qualified registrations against personal registration target
  • Fielding incoming calls and emails
  • Attend regular training sessions relevant to the role
  • Attend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skills
  • Ensure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communications
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queries
  • Collate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies

Qualifications

  • GCSE standard passes including Maths and English, or any equivalent.
