This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £50-55ph depending on experience.
PAYE (inc.Hol) - £44.48 - £48.87 depending on experience
This role is on a Hybrid basis and on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:
- Handle a caseload of public law childcare matters, including care proceedings, supervision orders, emergency protection orders, and adoption cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in childcare law and policy.
- Dealing with caseload from start to completion regarding childcare law
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE in childcare law.
- Experience of drafting letters and reports
- Experience of attending court with counsel and taking notes of hearings
- Hybrid Working
