Salary: £55,000 basic (OTE up to £76,500 in your first year)
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 21% of salary
Commitment Bonus: Additional £5,000 after 12 months

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team to provide outstanding, trauma-informed care
- Creating a safe, nurturing and empowering home environment
- Driving strategic development and service improvement
- Managing care planning, supervision, and staff performance
- Overseeing the home’s budget and financial operations
- Embedding safeguarding and compliance across the service
- Acting as a positive role model for staff and residents
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role in residential children’s care
- Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and care standards
- Compassionate, resilient, and effective leadership style
- Full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility
