Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Ilkeston, DE7
Salary: £31,118- £31,784 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide support and care for young people with disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and young adults.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement care plans and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, promoting their well-being and development.
- NVQ Level 3 in working with children or an equivalent qualification is a must
- Proven experience working with children and/or young adults.
- Enhanced DBS
- A valid driving licence.
- A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
- Candidates must be 22 years old or above, in line with children’s home regulations.

- Pathway to management through our Passport to Manage training, including the Level 5 Diploma.
