Childrens Social Worker

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Social Worker to join the Assessment Team in Bedfordshire

As a Childrens Social Worker, you will work in a hybrid capacity, providing both remote and in-person support to clients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to individuals and families.

Main Responsibilities

As a Childrens Social Worker you will be responsible for:

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:

• Qualification in Social Work
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Experience working as a Social Worker in a similar role
