Recruiting for the social care sector in southeast of England, which involves contacting both clients and candidates.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I started working a fast-food restaurant while I was at college. Following this I worked for a savings company. The last 4 years working at the savings company I worked in the complaints department, and spent the last 2 years in the management team of the complaints department

If you weren't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I would be looking into owning a bakery.

Friendly, supportive and enjoyable.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

‘It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.
