Childrens Social Worker
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Social Worker to join the Children With Disabilities Team in Bedfordshire
As a Childrens Social Worker, you will work in a hybrid capacity, and will be responsible for providing support to children with disabilities and their families, as well as working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for these children.
Main Responsibilities
As a Childrens Social Worker you will be responsible for:
- Provide support to children with disabilities and their families
- Work closely with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators, to ensure the best possible outcomes for these children
- Undertake assessments and develop care plans
- Provide advice and guidance to families and other stakeholders
- Manage and prioritise a complex caseload
Requirements:
- Qualification in Social Work
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience working as a Social Worker in a similar role
