Are you passionate about transforming children's services and championing professional development? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Children's Workforce Academy Lead to drive innovation, inspire excellence, and shape the future of the children's workforce across our region and beyond.
π What Youβll Do As the lead of our Childrenβs Workforce Academy, you'll:
- Be a regional and national advocate for high-quality professional development.
- Lead, motivate, and support the alternatively qualified workforce to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs for our learners.
- Play a pivotal role in the Families First Programme implementation.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to elevate standards and outcomes.
- A solid background in children's services (experience managing teams is a strong plus).
- A passion for professional learning and development.
- The drive to influence change and improve outcomes across the sector.
- Contract Length: 13 months
- Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week on-site in Liverpool (must live locally)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary & Benefits:Β Β£48.50
