Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled Guest services to allocated properties, ensuring all areas are covered according to schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as staircases, foyers, balconies, passages, and more.
• Clean lift car floors and walls, estate signs, furniture, and other communal fixtures.
• Safely remove any extraneous matter and detritus from the estate, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Check and unblock refuse chutes as necessary, ensuring proper waste management.
• Keep hard standing areas weed-free and tidy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Physical fitness is crucial for this role due to its demanding nature.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
