Rate - £10.20-£11.00
Location - Shropshire
We are looking for an experienced clinical coder to provide day to day clinical coding to extract all clinical information from the patient health records for post op, rehabilitation and day surgery patients and translate all medical terminology using ICD-10 (diagnostic codes) and OPCS4 (procedure codes) in accordance with national and local policies.
The right candidate should be motivated and enthusiastic, an extensive knowledge of clinical coding rules and conventions as well as an in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.
The post holder will need to have extensive NHS cross speciality clinical coding skills.
