We’re delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Income Manager on behalf of a forward-thinking local authority in Suffolk. This is a key leadership opportunity within a newly transformed Housing Management Service, with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for tenants and the wider community.

🔍 About the Role: As Senior Income Manager (Income and Tenancy Sustainment Lead), you will:
  • Lead operational teams across income collection, tenancy sustainment, and older persons' housing.
  • Deliver innovative strategies that drive performance, maximise income, and ensure rent compliance.
  • Support the strategic direction of the housing service alongside senior leadership.
  • Be instrumental in ensuring services are compliant, efficient, and tenant-focused.
This is a pivotal role in a service making real, measurable improvements in tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
👤 About You: We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a strong background in housing management, particularly income collection and tenancy sustainment.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking alongside hands-on leadership skills.
  • Has a proven track record of maximising income and improving service performance.
  • Brings empathy, resilience, and a commitment to fairness and respect in service delivery.
