Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of an expanding local authority based in the South West who are seeking an Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
Role: Commercial Contracts Solicitor
Location: Bristol - Hybrid working
Rate: £50.00-£60.00 Per hour umbrella
Contract Length: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Responsibilities
- Dealing with your own Commercial Contracts caseload from start to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation and correspondence.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with current practising certificate
- Must have experience in Commercial Contract in the public sector
- Previous experience working in the local authority.
