You will be working predominantly in schools and education buildings and as such you will need a good level of customer service skills.
Duties:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of building services
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, pumps, cold water outlets, etc
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections, testing, and servicing of mechanical and electrical
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise professionally with clients, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £25.86 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £22.19 Inclusive of holiday).
You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available with a van supplied for work purposes.
You will need;
- NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification Level 2 or Above
- Full UK Driving Licence
