Service Care Solutions are looking for Communications and Events Manager to join our clients team in London. You will be responsible for planning, advising and delivering high quality communications, event and engagement activities.

Job Role -

  • Collaborate with Corporate and Customer Communications teams on key projects and campaigns.
  • Contribute to internal communication strategy development, especially for change communications.
  • Manage high-quality communication and engagement activities for various audiences and channels.
  • Create communication plans for new projects, handle messaging on complex issues, and produce creative content.
  • Ensure communications align with the Group's brand and tone of voice.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events, including employee conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for event briefs and proposals.
  • Manage events from concept to delivery, aligning objectives with Corporate Strategy.
  • Research costs and manage the events budget.

General Responsibilities

  • Share in management responsibilities, handle inquiries, and contribute to team administration for smooth operation.


Suitable Candidates experience:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management
  • Experience delivering internal communication within large organisation.
  • Project management
