Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?
What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?
I operate in the Forensic Mental Health sector and I recruit for roles such as Support Worker in the South of England.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
Started as a Christmas temp in retail and was able to work my way up to Store Manager for 7 years, beating targets consistently and seeing sales increase by £400k+. Stepped down and joined Tesco as part of the management team but then decided that retail was no longer for me.
If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Was doing my store management training at Tesco so probably still doing that.
Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?
Welcoming, generous and a family vibe.
What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?
"This too shall pass." Recently heard this and find it a rather good way of thinking about life in general.
Lastly, if you're not in work, where can we find you?
If I'm not in the park having nerf wars with my little boy or looking for bears in the woods, I am often found socialising with friends, playing chess or gaming.
