Firstly, how long have you been at Service Care?
I joined in 2016.
Give us a brief overview of your professional background...
I have over 10 years customer service and administration background gained through various sectors. One of my proud achievements is being nominated and winning 2nd place for Employee of the month in my first month of being at SCS.
And what does your day-to-day role involve?
I am the Compliance Coordinator for our Social Work division. On a day-to-day basis I carry out employee vetting checks, obtain references, put DBS's in process and check through preplacement forms.
If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?
If I wasn't working at SCS I would be a full time stay at home mum of 2.
What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Taking my 2 little girls out to different places and exploring nature.
