​​Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I started in March 2024.

And what does your day-to-day role involve?

I recruit for psychological therapy roles in London and the South. These roles include clinical psychologists, speech and language therapists, counsellors, and occupational therapists.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background…

I was a manager at an independent department store managing a team of six people. My work background is predominately retail and customer service but I have a Business Management degree from Lancaster University.

Fail to plan, plan to fail
