About Lee

Firstly, how long have you been with Service Care?

I joined in March 2017.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I work in the Social Housing Care, working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities across the country, recruiting and sourcing Support Workers, Scheme Managers and Homeless Prevention and Support. Alongside my main recruiting responsibilities, I also account manage a Master Vendor recruitment solution for one of the G15 housing associations.

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I graduated from Lancaster University with a History degree, and then worked for a market leading medical company within the specialist infusion market, focusing on palliative care before joining the agency.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Challenging, rewarding and casual.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

"Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever."

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

Aside from spending time with friends and family, watching Football and MotoGP. You can also find me walking my dog, Baxter, cycling or travelling.
