Role & Responsibilities:

• To undertake mental health assessments using your professional knowledge, skills, and evidence-based practice.
• To work in partnership with patients to agree goals and treatment proposals, gaining valid informed consent.
• To demonstrate good skills in being responsible for own time management and the prioritisation of a caseload.
• To delegate appropriate duties to all clinical staff within the day hospital, providing relevant direction and oversight as shift coordinator
• Develop comprehensive contingency/safety plans in the event of a crisis with patients, families, and carers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Professional qualification / degree
• Community experience
• Valid UK Driving Licence & own transport
