We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer for Lifts to join a Housing in Maidstone, Kent on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring 100% compliance across all lifts within our portfolio, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between contractors, residents, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance on all lifts within the housing portfolio.
- Check and upload certification to various compliance platforms.
- Monitor the compliance inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Take minutes during monthly contractor meetings.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date data.
- Carry out data reconciliation to ensure information accuracy.
- Check and process invoices for lift-related works.
- Collaborate with contractors and other internal departments to provide accurate and timely updates to residents.
- Experience in compliance monitoring and administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
