They can pay a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Conveyancer:
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and mortgage agreements related to property transactions.
- Confirm compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Resolve issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process.
