Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a thrilling local authority based in Merseyside who are seeking an Locum Conveyancer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
For Qualified Proffessionals:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £40.09 - £44.48 per hour
Umbrella - £45-£50 per hour

For Unqualified Professionals:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £18.12 - £26.91 per hour
Umbrella - £20-£30 per hour

This role requires once a week office attendance and is for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Locum Conveyancer:

Carrying out conveyancing and land related tasks of a more complex nature with regard to the purchase and sale of land on behalf of the Council.
Processing of documentation regarding land sales and purchases, business tenancies, charges, mortgages, leases, licences, and related transactions.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time which are commensurate to with the grade of the job.

About you as an Locum Conveyancer:

Must be either a fellow of chartered institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), Licensed Conveyancer, Graduate member of Cilex or hold a Law Degree or suitable equivalent.
MUST have commercial conveyancing experience
Have a flexible and imaginative approach.
