You’ll need to have experience handling full purchase and sale transactions from start to finish. They have flexibility on years of experience — what matters most is your ability to run files confidently and independently.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while still being connected to a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including both purchases and sales
- Draft and review legal documents such as missives, dispositions, and standard securities
- Carry out all relevant title checks, property searches, and due diligence
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing transactions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Scottish conveyancing experience essential- (LLB or LLM in Scots Law)
